Student life, desert life, community life—it all comes together on the campus of Copper Mountain College. See what we have for you!
We are a hub for our community: current and future students, lifelong learners, neighbors, entrepreneurs, and local ventures.
Students find services to help them succeed and forge new connections. Our neighbors find services and support for a life well-lived.

Life at Copper Mountain is even more engaging when you look beyond your class assignments. Build on your interests as you connect with other like-minded individuals. Whatever you’re interested in, chances are CMC has something to match that. Take a look for yourself!

Caring for Tortoises and Preserving their Home
Being connected to Copper Mountain College also gives you the chance to learn about and support the local wildlife. We actively protect the delicate ecosystem that houses these ancient creatures and infuse desert studies into many of our academic programs. Come to campus and learn more about tortoises Alyssa, Bert, Clyde, and GiGi, and how you can take an active role in their protection.
For Our Community
You don’t have to be a student to enjoy the amenities of our campus. Copper Mountain College welcomes our neighbors to enjoy our beautiful campus, take in events, meet the tortoises, and even grab lunch.
Desert Studies
We are committed to preserving, understanding and loving our Mojave Desert home. Learn about our unique ecology and how you can join our efforts.
